Associate Professor David Higgins is the Discipline Head of Property and Valuation programs at RMIT University. David combines his industry experience with academic theory to undertake research on property and the capital markets. He is recognised as a leading authority on commercial property investment and has strong links to the property industry in Australia and overseas.

Dr YenKeng Tan is Head of Research, RREEF Real Estate Asia Pacific. Dr Tan is responsible for formulating investment strategies and building RREEF’s research coverage of real estate markets in the region. His real estate research experience spans both industry and academia and is the author of several research publications on real estate performance analysis and portfolio diversification.
