Tax Planning for Australian Residential Property: Mr. Wilson Chan
Mr. Wilson Chan, has substantial experience in accounting, taxation and financial planning. He was a senior tax advisor with Price Waterhouse in Brisbane for four years immediately prior to the establishment of our firm. He had also worked as an auditor for Arthur Andersen and Citibank before migrating to Australia from Hong Kong. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) degree in Hong Kong and a MBA degree conferred by the University of Queensland. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of the CAANZ as well as a Fellow CPA of CPA Australia with specialist designation of Financial Planning Specialist (FCA [FPS] and FCPA [FPS]) and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) of the Financial Planning Association.
Mrs. Nicole Tam was graduated from Bond University and has more than 10 years of professional expertise in property wealth investment in Australia as well as significant experience in sourcing and developing properties.
